Thomas MacDonald Joins Salem Theatre Company Board

SALEM THEATRE COMPANY WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER THOMAS MACDONALD

SALEM – The Salem Theatre Company is pleased to welcome the newest member of their Board of Directors, Thomas MacDonald of Salem.

MacDonald, a native of Bermuda, has had a long and rich career in travel and tourism, including many years operating offices for the Bermuda Department of Tourism in Chicago, London, and Boston.  Since moving to Salem he has joined the team of the Hawthorne Hotel as their Assistant Director of Sales and serves on the Board of Healing Abuse Working for Change (HAWC) and two committees of the First Church, Salem.

“We are delighted to welcome Thomas to our ever growing Board of Directors,” said Board President Margaret Voss Howard.  “His years of experience in the tourism trade, as well as his valuable familiarity with the hospitality industry, will be of great benefit to the STC.  Thomas brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to our group and we are extremely pleased that he has joined us.”
