Behind the Scenes, in the Hotel Laundry

Sometimes things happen behind the scenes here at the Hawthorne Hotel that we think you might be interested to see.  This week was one of those times, when we received a new commercial dryer for our laundry.

For some reason, the new dryer fit into the building just fine, but the old dryer was another story.  It had to be cut literally in half in order for the workers to get it out of the building.  Here are the photos that our building maintenance department took of that:

We can only hope that the new dryer gives us as good and long service as the old dryer did.
