No, I am not secretly on the payroll of the PR department of PEM (the Peabody Essex Museum), but Yes, I do love the place and think we are so very blessed here in Salem, MA to have such a gem of a big museum (depending on who you listen to, somewhere between the 14th and 18th largest in the whole U.S.A is pretty big in my book!)
Here is a review of the current special exhibit that will put into words what many are saying -- that "Golden" is exactly that!
