When Mike first joined our team, it was just to "help out". That help has blossomed, and over the past year he became a full-time member of our Maintenance Department. Mike is now a really important part of that department, and his supervisor, Jay Gilliss recently nominated him to receive this award. He was elected by the other managers, by acclamation.
Mike is one of those people who just digs in and does whatever needs to be done. He is willing to help out however the help is needed, and sometimes that help translates into some not-so-glamorous jobs. He always does his work with a smile, and we can definitely count on him.
Congratulations, Mike! Thanks so much for all that you do!!
