Today we surprised Juliane Carrozza as she was working the front desk, by honoring her as the Full-time Employee of the Month for August.
Juliane has been with us for a little over a year, and during that time she has grown and developed immensely in how she is able to handle the multi-tasking role of front desk clerk here at the Hawthorne Hotel.
We were so pleased to be able to recognize all she has done for us in the past year, especially Lucie Ogeron, whom you see below, making a speech about why she nominated Juliane.
We hope you will be sure to let Juliane know how much she is appreciated the next time you see her.
