Fighting Misinformation from the Internet

It is amazing to me how many people are currently writing "professionally" these days, who do little if no research.  Here at the Hawthorne Hotel we have been fighting a bit of misinformation that was put up on the Internet over a year ago, and which is still being used as the basis for reporting that the Hawthorne Hotel is haunted.  It seems to surface at this time of the year.  Most recently we had to ask the writer from a VERY LARGE news organization to take down her article that was based on this misinformation.

Now we can only hope that your article begins to show up more readily when people do Internet searches in support of their writing.
