Some time earlier this year one of our staff members was informed about a guest who might be in need of help. Jessica Herrick jumped in and owned the situation, going way above and beyond the requirements of her position as a member of our reception staff to aid in this situation.
We subsequently received a letter, commending Jessica's outstanding assistance. We thought you might like to see the letter.
