If you follow this blog, you will already be familiar with my penchant for taking photos of flowers with our cool old brick sidewalks and buildings in the background. These photos are part of that series.
I snapped them the other day when I was walking my dogs, and one of the dogs decided he wanted to be in the photo too. Now, I could have easily cropped him out, but I thought he looked kind of like he belonged there, so you can also see Dewey, our "Morkie" (a cross between a Maltese and a Yorkie) as he tried to determine whether or not these flowers were edible.
Both our dogs love to eat greens so walking them becomes an exercise in keeping them away from what they see as the world's largest salad bar, especially this time of the year.
